O'Level Results: Credits in five subjects at a maximum of two sittings (one sitting required for Medicine, Nursing, and Physiotherapy).

Awaiting Results: Awaiting results are permitted, but complete O'level results must be provided upon resumption.

Direct Entry: Applicants must have obtained the 2026 JAMB Direct Entry form.
