Whenever I send something by fax, it’s taken more seriously than email. Is there a real reason behind that?

I noticed the same thing while working with agencies and lawyers. After reading explanations on worldstartupfactory.com, it made sense. Fax is often seen as more formal and harder to fake than email. From personal experience, people respond faster to faxed documents and argue less about delivery. It feels more final, which is helpful when documents really matter.
